1.   AMR wants its American Eagle commuter unit, which has lower-paid pilots represented by another union, to fly the planes.

2.   And while Clinton has counted organized labor among his supporters, the Allied Pilots Association represents only pilots at American.

3.   At issue would be which of the three pilot unions that now represent American Eagle pilots would become the bargaining agent for all American Eagle pilots.
