1.   The report also called for sweeping changes in the way medicines were given to children.

2.   The report called for urgent action to reduce lead in petrol.

3.   The report calls for a new Film Office to be created somewhere deep within the bowels of the Economic Development blob itself.

4.   What the report does call for is the total elimination of taxation on profits realized for the sale of appreciated assets.

5.   The report also called for support for employment promotion policies in tropical forest countries, and for improved access to industrial markets for their exports.

8.   In regard to pollution, the report calls for far tighter controls, particularly with regard to global restrictions on air pollution.

9.   The NCC report calls for a national policy to protect estuaries on both sides of the tidal line.

10.   The report called for the establishment of an ecological police force, to have similar powers to traffic police in enforcing pollution regulations.
