1.   After the two-minute warning, and throughout any overtime period, a replay assistant upstairs initiates a referee review.

2.   In the final two minutes of a half a review may be triggered only by a replay assistant in a booth above field level.

3.   In the final two minutes of each half, reviews are ordered only by a league replay assistant.

4.   Stuart was in the press box as a replay assistant.

5.   The replay assistant will be someone who has an officiating background.

6.   The replay assistant is the only link to the referee on the field.

7.   When the replay assistant is in charge of signalling the referee of the need for a review no timeouts would be effected.

8.   Within the last two minutes of each half, only the replay assistant in the booth will be able to initiate a review.

9.   Replay assistants determine which plays will be reviewed in the final two minutes.
