1.   Before the FDA can require a company to include a warning or remove an herb, it must prove the product is harmful.

2.   In the past, herbs could be removed from the market if they could be defined as unapproved drugs and thus in violation of regulations.

3.   Remove the herbs from the skillet.

4.   Remove the herbs.

5.   Remove herbs and discard.
