1.   Carefully pour remaining orange gelatin mixture over fruit and chill until set.

2.   Divide the remaining gelatin mixture between the two glasses, and drop in a couple of more berries.

3.   Gradually add remaining gelatin, blending until smooth.

4.   Meanwhile, in a saucepan over low heat, combine remaining gelatin with sugar and grapefruit, lemon and lime juices and stir until gelatin is dissolved.

5.   Very slowly blend remaining gelatin into cream cheese, beating until smooth.
