1. Cover with remaining dough, pressing dough around filling with fingers to remove air bubbles. 2. Form a ball with remaining dough, roll it out and continue forming circles and rings until all dough is used. 3. Cover with a large pan lid to keep soft while repeating the process with the remaining dough. 4. Divide the remaining dough into thirds. 5. Gather the scraps, pat and press the pieces back together and cut out the remaining dough. 6. Loosely drape remaining dough over filling. 7. Make triangles one at a time, keeping remaining dough covered with damp towel at all times. 8. Repeat with remaining dough and almond paste. 9. Repeat with remaining dough and filling. |
