2.   The two refineries use the oil for the production of asphalt and lubricants, which are sold in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

3.   In addition, Midwest refineries have been using corn-based ethanol in the reformulated gas.

4.   The refinery will use Kuwaiti crude and will market most of its output in India.
