1.   Pakistan on Tuesday recalled veteran batsman Salim Malik to its World Cup squad.

2.   South Africa has also recalled veteran batsman Andrew Hudson, who will bat in the middle order.

3.   Sri Lanka recalled batsman Hashan Tillekaratne in place of Ruwan Kalpage in the only change from the side that won the Asia Cup last month.

4.   The board also recalled veteran batsman Aravinda de Silva.

5.   The Leeward Islands have recalled batsmen Merlin Liburd and Junie Mitchum to their squad.

6.   The home side recalled seasoned batsman Inzamam who has overcome his knee injury.
