1. Raise the heat slightly and add the bell peppers. 2. Add clams and wine, raise heat to high, and cover. 3. Add mushrooms, and raise heat to medium-high. 4. Add the mushrooms and raise the heat to high. 5. Add vermouth and raise heat to medium-high. 6. Add all but a tablespoon of sherry and raise heat to high. 7. Add stock and raisins, raise heat to high and bring liquid to a boil. 8. Add the beef and raise the heat to high. 9. Add the broth and raise the heat to high. 10. Add the water, cover, and raise the heat to medium. |
