6.   In the Southeast, moderate to heavy rain stretched from the Carolina coast to Florida, with the heaviest rain over southern Florida.

7.   Rains could stretch into January or February in western Kenya and parts of eastern Uganda.

8.   Rain stretched across the mid-Atlantic states and the Southeast.

9.   Showers fell across Oklahoma and Texas during the afternoon, and rain also stretched from there eastward across the Gulf Coast region.
