1.   Anna put the sandwich on a plate, and then put the plate on the table, beside the moss.

3.   Put sandwich on an ovenproof platter and cover lightly.

4.   Put sandwiches in pan, and weight with a clean heavy pot.

5.   Put the sandwiches into the breadcrumbs and coat both sides.

6.   The proprietor may have served acid-laced drinks and supposedly put brick sandwiches on the tables because a city law allowed liquor to be sold only with meals.

7.   Then the sandwich is put on a press that flattens the bread and melts the cheese.
