2.   Jack-up rigs are put into place at a drill site, and then their legs are lowered to the ocean floor.

3.   The crew put the rig on partial shut-down, set drilling operations on remote control, and went seven miles across the Gulf to Ursa.

4.   We can put that rig in reverse.
