1.   The city would choose a single contractor to provide pay toilets, newsstands and bus stop shelters.

2.   The Los Angeles City Council has voted to negotiate a contract to provide such toilets.

3.   Under the contract, the Paris-based company provides the toilet, and installs and maintains them at no charge to the city.

4.   Toilets will be provided.

5.   Under the project, the city administration will relocate the ubiquitous vendors, rearrange parking lots, provide more toilets, install more lights and supply more trash bins.
