1.   According to officials of state agencies involved, the ineffectiveness of the privatisation committee headed by Deputy Prime Minister Supachai Panitchpakdi is impeding the implementation process.

2.   Currently, Deputy Premier Supachai Panitchpakdi is head of the privatisation committee.

3.   He added he had already proposed the idea, called social capitalism, to the privatisation committee by Deputy Prime Minister Dr Supachai Panitchpakdi.
