1.   Cool, then add to potato mixture.

2.   Put the potato mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.

3.   Add to potato mixture, tossing gently until evenly mixed.

4.   Add to the potato mixture, along with the bread crumbs, lime juice, pepper and cilantro and blend well.

5.   Add potato mixture and drizzle remaining half of syrup on top of potatoes.

6.   Add the salt pork mixture to the potato mixture.

7.   Add to potato mixture.

8.   Add the potato mixture to the whisked eggs.

9.   Add to the potato mixture and gently stir until the potatoes are evenly coated with dressing.

10.   Add to the potato mixture and mix well.
