1.   In one he placed carrots, in the second he placed eggs, and the last he placed ground coffee beans.

2.   Place carrots in a saucepan, cover with water and boil until tender.

3.   Place carrots in large saucepan with enough cold water to cover.

4.   Place the carrots on the bottom of the pan.
