1.   An advertisement of petition hearing.

5.   Following this, the petition hearing date will be fixed and the advertisement of the petition hearing settled.

6.   The petition hearing will be advertised in newspapers as directed by the court.

7.   The judge had earlier allowed the investors to file notices of appearance in the petition hearing that may not be held for at least another six weeks.
