4.   Clouds will persist along the California shoreline, but the deserts of the Southwest will see sunshine with seasonably mild air.

5.   Clouds and periods of rain will persist along the coast over northernmost California to Oregon.

6.   Clouds will persist along the Northwest Coast.

7.   Clouds will persist along the California Coast.

8.   Cool, damp weather will persist along the east slopes of the southern Appalachians.

9.   Fog and low clouds will persist along the southern California coast.

10.   Flooding is expected to persist along city streets in Seattle and other urban areas.
