1.   The things people will do for charity never cease to amaze me.

2.   And that the reality of geography is that people will chose to live or develop in accessible locations.

3.   That people will, will deliberately put it down half way through the term?

4.   Then the people will hi-jack more boats.

5.   The really posh people would sometimes by-pass all the local shops when they wanted something extra special for a big occasion.

6.   Their kindness and consideration will not be forgotten, nor will the people who kindly donate to this charity.

7.   Cos people would far sooner ask somebody than they would cope with the complications of this sort of thing.

8.   Are people generally willing to let you into their houses?

9.   And how many people will it hold when it is fully refurbished?

10.   And people will oooh and aahhh.
