1. After its membership halved in the past year, leaving mainly diehard right-wingers behind, the party now desperately needs new blood. 2. The main political parties need to be much more explicit about their policies for the environment. 4. The party needs to express its core values clearly. 5. The party needs to make its policies appeal to the younger generation too. 6. The party needs a new voice, a new vision. 7. The party needs a different kind of leadership. 8. The parties will need to negotiate the period of the retention and define precisely the circumstances in which the retention is released. 9. This means that the parties do not need leave to appeal from it. 10. The parties therefore need to have agreed that, where they cannot agree on the identity of an expert, the appointment may be made by a third party. |
