1.   This option requires only the input of a title.

2.   This option merely requires the title of the SPR and the name of the originator.

3.   The option requires information on the media type, the type of copy it is to be used for,, and the state of the item.

4.   All three options will also require quarterly reports on the company to the employees, and prior consultation with the workforce on decisions relevant to them.

5.   Like futures contracts, options require cash guarantees in the form of margin, but unlike futures such margin arrangements differ from one exchange to another.
