6.   Farther north, ample sunshine and unseasonable heat will prevail from Wyoming to the northern Mississippi valley.

7.   In the wake of the front, cooler and drier air will spread into the northern Mississippi valley.

9.   Locally heavy rain is expected in parts of the northern Mississippi valley Sunday morning, but the rain should diminish by midday.

10.   Milder air accompanied by plentiful sunshine will surge from the northern Rockies into the Plains and northern Mississippi valley as winds from the southwest increase.
