1.   A small craft advisory remains in effect due to the winds and above normal northeasterly swells.

2.   Above normal swells will move into the western waters later today.

3.   Caution is advised however in the Atlantic waters and in the Atlantic passages due to higher than normal swells.

4.   This trough extends northeastward into a winter storm system over the Atlantic which is generating above normal northerly swells.
