1. Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive container. 2. Place the beets, shelled eggs and onion slices, if using, in a large glass or other nonreactive container. 3. Place the skewers in a shallow nonreactive container and pour in the marinade. 4. Pour the sauce into a nonreactive container, and refrigerate until it is needed. 5. Place the beans upright in a nonreactive container with a tight-fitting lid. 6. Store in a covered nonreactive container in the refrigerator until ready to serve. |
