2.   In addition, the Brooke Group is seeking a nonbinding shareholder vote for an immediate spinoff.

3.   Just today, RJR confirmed that LeBow won a recent nonbinding shareholder vote urging the board to spin off Nabisco immediately.

4.   That is the day LeBow and Icahn have designated as the time when the consent solicitation, the nonbinding shareholder vote, will be decided.
