1.   Iraqis are entitled to double those new rations for December to mark the beginning Monday of Ramadan, the holiest month in the Islamic calendar, the president announced.

2.   A Jordanian weekly recently listed the alleged contents of new rations, including such implausible fare as chocolate and cola.

3.   It will be followed by a complete re-registration of the refugees and the issuing of new ration cards.
