1.   Now Marks and some of the other dealers involved with the Gramercy are planning a new fair, to debut in February.

2.   The new fair is a bold move.

3.   This new fair is the fourth initiated in New York by Haughton, a native of Dublin, and Anna Haughton, his wife.

4.   To cater to them, an entirely new kind of job fair is springing up, run not out of a convention center but in cyberspace.

5.   Two new fairs will be held this year, one sponsored by the European Union, one focused on information technology.
