1.   Other early findings by FUSE included detailed observations of the molecular hydrogen clouds out of which stars form in the Milky Way and neighboring galaxies.

2.   They have long known that the Milky Way and the neighboring Andromeda galaxy could be moving on a collision course.

3.   Astronomers said Thursday our Milky Way galaxy is cannibalizing two neighboring galaxies by ripping hydrogen gas out of them.

4.   The telescope will spend the next two days collecting ultraviolet light from neighboring galaxies for clues on the formation of new stars.
