1.   Fold wings back and tuck under to hold neck skin.

2.   Fill neck cavity with remaining stuffing, skewer neck skin flat against the back to enclose and tie legs closed with kitchen twine.

3.   Fold the neck skin to the back of the bird and fasten it with a skewer.

4.   Turn the wings back to hold the neck skin in place.
