1.   Chavez was to be deported immediately because he entered Colombia illegally, said Gen. Rosso Jose Serrano, the national police chief.

2.   Defendants include armed forces commander Gen. Feisal Tanjung and national police chief Lt. Gen. Dibyo Widodo.
