1.   A vigorous storm system will gather strength and additional moisture as it moves east from the central Rockies.

2.   Pacific moisture moved across the Pacific Northwest and Rockies and spilled into the middle Plains states, bringing cloudy conditions.

3.   Embedded within the trade winds this morning are modest amounts of moisture moving due west into the east and northeast Caribbean.

4.   Mostly clear skies across the local area at sunrise became partly cloudy during the morning as modest low level moisture moved westward into the area.

5.   This will allow more atlantic moisture to move westward and across our islands.
