1.   It is warm all year round, with warm summers, mild winters and moderate rainfall.

2.   Low pressure along the California Coast will send a cold front inland with light to moderate rainfall in the valleys and heavy snow in the Sierra and southern Cascades.

3.   Most roads are narrow, and even moderate rainfall renders them muddy.

4.   A few clusters of heavier showers were observed moving across eastern sections of Puerto Rico leaving moderate rainfall amounts.

5.   And moderate rainfall dampened voters Sunday throughout most of the country.

6.   Any additional moderate rainfall could cause flooding problems in those areas where showers and storms develop this afternoon.

7.   Clusters of cloudiness and showers moved through east and northeast sections of Puerto Rico this morning to produce mostly cloudy skies with light to moderate rainfall.

8.   Heavy to moderate rainfall was reported across most of Ohio.

9.   High pressure at the middle levels will prevent afternoon showers from exploding into thunderstorms ... And should limit us to light to moderate rainfall.

10.   However occasional bands of clouds and showers will continue to move south and southeast across the area later today to produce light to moderate rainfall accumulations.
