In a large, heavy skillet, melt butter over moderate heat. 5. Place the skewers under the grill and cook under a moderate heat turning frequently to avoid burning. 6. The chops should be cooked over moderate heat to prevent excessive charring. 7. Place the saucepan over moderate heat until the cider is very hot but not boiling. 8. Add the chopped greens to the onion and cook, stirring over low to moderate heat until the leaves wilt. 9. Add tomatoes, olives and pimentos, and bring to simmer over moderate heat. 10.
