1. Add about five or six tablespoons of cold water to mix to a soft, but not sticky dough. 2. Add sufficient warm water to mix to a firm dough, then lightly knead and roll out the pastry. 3. Mix to a smooth paste, then add to the cream cheese and beat well. 4. Many of them are in Jamaican Creole, mixed to varying degrees with English. 5. Mix to a stiff paste, using your hands if necessary. 6. Blend in part of the flour mixture, then part of the champagne, alternating additions and mixing to a smooth batter. 7.
