1.   Even more effective, I am told, is crushed garlic mixed with live yoghurt.

2.   Mix the garlic with the goat cheese.

3.   Mix the garlic with the chile powders, cumin, tomato, orange juice and optional zest, and the oregano.

4.   Mix the garlic with the butter, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, cayenne and cilantro.

5.   The mashed garlic is mixed with butter and the mixture spread over a whole abalone sitting on a bed of fresh straw mushrooms or golden mushrooms.
