1.   The report levels many of the same criticisms that it has leveled at Israel, saying both the Palestinians and the Israelis imposed censorship and mistreated detainees.

2.   Amnesty International requested access to the two jails, as well as one in New York, citing concerns that the detainees were being mistreated.
