2.   We reserve the right to refuse payment on any bet which we can not substantiate on the microfilm copy, or any bet which we have no record of.

3.   No duplicate copies were maintained, according to the records administration, nor was a microfilm copy ever produced.

4.   Once you figure out which records you need, you can order microfilm copies, which the central library will send to your local center for use on-site.
