2.   In addition to tofu, tempeh and miso, several new processed foods like meatless burgers, soup mixes and cereals have enough soy to meet the federal guidelines.

3.   There are still plenty of mushy meatless burgers on the market, eaten perhaps by people who care only about the health aspects and not about the flavor.

4.   While meatless burgers have virtually no saturated fat and are generally much lower in total fat than even extra lean ground beef, there are exceptions.
