1.   Both the cilantro marinated shrimp and the pork tenderloin can be served hot or made just before the guests arrive and served at room temperature.

2.   - Marinate raw shrimp in equal parts of soy and sherry, then roll in sesame seeds.

3.   - Marinate shrimp.

4.   In small bowl, briefly marinate shrimps in olive oil and thyme.
