1.   But now in every case justices have to give findings and reasons when making the order they do.

2.   Luciano Querzoni, president of the region of Emilia-Romagna, declared that the province would take legal steps against the decision and that justice still has to be done.

3.   Open justice has other important virtues.

5.   And so it is best that the justices now have to keep their mouths shut on this subject for at least the time being.

6.   Another case on that issue reached the court several months ago, and the justices have yet to decide whether to hear it.
