1.   The coalition did not act until a U.N. Security Council resolution endorsed military strikes against Iraqi invaders.

2.   The United States and its allies put half a million troops into the region to evict Iraqi invaders from oil-rich Kuwait.

3.   About half of them fled during the occupation or were expelled after liberation since Kuwait feared some had ties to the Iraqi invaders.

4.   Kuwaiti Courts have tried Jordanians, Iraqis and stateless Arabs for collaborating with Iraqi invaders.

5.   Many Palestinians in the emirate were also accused of collaborating with the Iraqi invaders and subsequently deported.
