1.   Having located the air intake manifold we noticed a significant difference between the diagrams in the manuals and our engine.

2.   A heated intake manifold combines with a thermostatic intake for the air filter to ensure good efficiency for the Clio on shorter journeys.

3.   Check for seepage at the water pump weep hole, the intake manifold, the perimeter of the head gaskets and all of the hoses and the heater core.
