1.   A small aircraft crashed in eastern England on Wednesday, injuring the instructor and killing his student, police said.

2.   A small plane being flown by a student pilot crashed near St. Petersburg on Sunday, killing the pilot and badly injuring his instructor, news reports said.

3.   Two scuba instructors were also injured.

4.   The trainee died and the instructor was badly injured.
