1.   These regions have similar inflation outlooks, low-cost labor and projected growth rates two to four times our own growth rate.

2.   Also giving market analysts pause was a rise in prices of commodities that may suggest that the current benign inflation outlook may not last much longer.

3.   Also optimistic on the inflation outlook is the U.S. Treasury, which today unveiled plans to start selling bonds that would pay interest at a rate tied to inflation.
