1.   Both drivers were treated and released from the infield hospital.

2.   Ongais was reported awake and alert as track workers took him on a stretcher from the car to an ambulance for the short ride to the infield hospital.

3.   He was taken by ambulance to the infield hospital for an examination, and there was no immediate word on his condition.

4.   He was put on a stretcher and taken by ambulance to the Speedway infield hospital and then transferred to Methodist for observation.

5.   Sharp apologized to his crew via radio, was checked out at the infield hospital and drove back to the garage in a cart.
