1.   Professional development teachers rarely seemed to have been offered an induction programme or had their work regularly reviewed.

2.   Everyone is trained through an induction programme and training modules in service quality.

3.   The induction programme includes a full history of The Rank Organisation and of the restaurant or restaurant chain for whom the individual will work.

4.   They have undertaken an independent training course and induction programme, and are now preparing for their first meeting.

5.   The Ministry of Human Resources can look into the possibility of making it compulsory for all foreign workers to attend OSH induction programmes.
