1.   It has been discussing wide-ranging issues, including the handover of the two suspects.

2.   The chief Palestinian negotiator said any proposal that did not include a handover of land was unacceptable.

3.   The cooperation has resulted in several arrests, including the handover to U.S. authorities in January of six Algerians allegedly involved in terrorist activities.

4.   The deal is also set to include a handover of civilian powers on the West Bank to the Palestinians.
