1.   A condition can be imposed requiring operations to commence within a specified time.

2.   But the Transportation Security Administration, the new agency supervising aviation security, has decided not to impose rules requiring screeners to be high school graduates.

3.   Rules were imposed that required the immediate removal of players who get cut or are bleeding in a game, a fairly common occurrence.

4.   When similar logic is applied to skiing, we would have the state impose laws requiring skiers and boarders to wear helmets.
