1.   Even a bagel lover must agree that nothing beats the flavor, texture and soul satisfaction of a hot doughnut.

2.   Sergio slides the doughnuts onto a metal rack, grabs a metal pan, dips it in a vat of yellow glaze and pours it over the hot doughnuts.

3.   Roll the hot doughnuts in the cinnamon-sugar and serve immediately with the semifreddo.

4.   We are now serving our hot glazed doughnuts.

5.   Using tongs, dip each hot doughnut in the glaze, let drain and place on a metal rack to dry.

6.   The store will be part of a new shopping center being developed by Project Homestead, selling hot doughnuts and serving an expanded beverage line.
