1.   He was held not guilty of robbery because the threats were not made in order to take the money.

2.   Earlier this year it was held guilty of contempt of court in Singapore in connection with that article and it is now defending a civil libel suit there.

3.   The government has also asked parliament to expel Transport Minister Wijayapala Mendis, who is among the three other held guilty by the government commission.
